Resource & Support Services Program
The Resource and Support Services Program is comprised of:
• Resource & Support Services (RSS) Coordinator
• RSS Administrative Assistant
• Receptionists
• Clerical Staff
• Support Workers
• Agency Drivers
• Respite Providers
Resource and Support Services (RSS) Coordinator:
Oversees the day to day functioning of all administrative, clerical, transportation and support services to ensure effective and efficient operations within the agency. The RSSC assists in providing family support services to families in need and assisting in transportation arrangements for all family visits.
RSS Administrative Assistant:
Ensures all transports and supervision of visits are coordinated appropriately and provides administrative support to the RSS Coordinator.
Receptionists:
First point of contact for clients/visitors and redirects to the appropriate staff when necessary. Duties also include covering phones, record keeping, calendar and scheduling, sorting mail/faxes, sending/receiving mail and ordering of office supplies among other office tasks as needed.
Clerical Staff:
Maintains filing systems, computer and data entry and assists with receptionist duties as needed.
Support Workers:
Works alongside care providers to provide one-on-one additional support to a child or their family.
Agency Drivers:
Ensure the safe transportation of children and families to and from their destinations.
Respite Providers:
Allows caregivers short intervals of time away from their day-to-day care of children.
